|  | High Data Rates High performance systems need fast input/output connections to the real world and fast network connections. High data rate applications may also need high throughput data processing. NetAcquire systems provide either a 1 Gigabit or a 2 Gigabit internal data bus for supporting the latest generation of high-speed serial and analog interfaces. For serial data, for example, the latest NetAcquire F-100-SIO system continuously acquires input data at up to 100 Mb/s. NetAcquire systems now offer a Gigabit Ethernet option for moving high-speed data over a network. Gigabit, or 1000BASE-T, technology is available now over both unshielded twisted pair (UTP) cable and fiber optic cable.
